Team Setup & Plans

Invite your team, set roles, and pick the plan that fits your email volume.

One account, everyone on it

Carvr is built to be shared. One account holds all your brands, every email anyone has uploaded, and one plan - and each person on the team logs in with their own email. Everyone can upload to any brand at the same time, everyone sees the same history, and nobody shares a password.

Setting up your team

1

Name your organization

Click your name at the bottom of the left menu, open Team, and enter your organization or agency name. Invites are sent under this name.

2

Invite a teammate

Enter their email, choose Admin or Member, and click Invite. They sign in with that email (or sign up with it) and accept the invite to land on your account. No extra charge - your plan covers the whole team.

3

Connect your brands

Any Owner or Admin can connect brands. Once connected, every teammate can upload to them from the web app and the Figma plugin.

4

Pick a plan

On Subscription, choose the tier that covers your monthly email volume. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing. The person who created the account.
AdminUpload; connect and edit brands; invite, remove, and change roles of teammates; rename the organization; change account-wide settings.
MemberUpload to any brand from the web app or Figma plugin; see the shared history; set their own plugin settings, like Live text blocks.

The Team page lists members with their roles (an Admin can change a role from the dropdown or remove a member) and any pending invites with their expiry.

Choosing the Right Plan

Pricing is per email. Every plan includes unlimited brands, unlimited teammates, and a monthly allowance of emails. Go past the allowance and extra emails simply bill at your plan's per-email rate - no hard stops on paid plans. Updating an email within 7 days of uploading it doesn't count as a new one.

Good habits

  • Invite people rather than sharing a login - it's free, and you can remove access the day someone leaves.
  • Keep Admin for the people who manage brands and teammates; everyone else is a Member.
  • Give each brand a clear internal name so nobody uploads to the wrong client.
  • Name your Figma footer group "Footer" and add prototype links to buttons - see Advanced Figma Settings - so every teammate's upload comes out the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does each teammate need their own subscription?

No. One plan covers the whole team. Invite as many teammates as you like at no extra charge - you pay for the emails the account publishes, not for seats.

What can Admins and Members do?

Everyone can upload to any brand and see the shared history. Owners and Admins can also connect and edit brands, invite and remove teammates, change roles, and rename the organization. Plugin settings like Live text blocks are personal, so everyone sets their own.

Should we share one login instead?

There's no need any more. Invites give everyone their own login on the same account, so you can remove someone the day they leave without resetting a shared password - and the Figma plugin works with each person's own credentials.

What happens when someone leaves?

An Owner or Admin removes them on the Team page. Their access ends immediately; the brands, history, and templates stay with the account.

How do I choose the right plan?

Every plan includes unlimited brands and unlimited teammates - you only pay for emails. Estimate your team's monthly volume and pick the tier that covers it: Free (5 emails/month), Starter ($48/month for 30 emails, then $1.50 each), Growth ($118 for 100, then $1.20), Agency ($278 for 300, then $0.90), or Scale ($598 for 1,000, then $0.60). On paid plans, going over never blocks you: extra emails bill at your plan's per-email rate. The Free plan stops at 5 emails a month.

Does updating an email count as a new email?

Not within 7 days of the original upload. Re-open it from History, make the change, and click Update in Klaviyo - it re-uploads only the changed sections and doesn't count against your plan.
